In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from April 16 to 22, 2021, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.04.2021 No. 284 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order establishes a commission on the transfer of objects of state ownership and instructs the Commission to carry out the acceptance and transfer of property in accordance with the procedure established by law from the sphere of management of the National Police of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kiev region;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.04.2021 No. 289 “On the transfer of real estate in the field of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.04.2021 No. 290 “On organizational and staff changes in the Ministry of Internal Affairs”;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.04.2021 No. 291 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 15, 2019 No. 129”. The order amends paragraph 1 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 25, 2019 No. 129 “On the appointment in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of an authorized structural unit for the preparation and submission to the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine documents for appointment (recalculation of pensions;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.04.2021 No. 293 “On approval of the Regulation on the Labor Protection Sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 19.04.2021 No. 298 “On some issues of organizing the activities of the commission for certification of doctors and professionals with non-medical higher education and approval of its composition”;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 19.04.2021 No. 299 “On the organization of distribution of persons studying under the educational and professional program “2 years cadet-1 year trainee”;

- Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.04.2021 No. 301 “On the announcement of the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order is announced for the implementation of the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 22.04.2021 № 5km “On the state of informatization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the measures taken to implement the Program of Activities Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 12, 2020 No. 471, Decree of the President of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020 No. 392/2020 “About decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of September 14, 2020” “On the Strategy of National Security of Ukraine”, Strategy for the development of organs of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the period up to 2020.
