In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from September 11 to September 17, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 11.09.2020 № 656 “On checking compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lviv region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) and the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Transcarpathian region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)”. The order established a commission to conduct an audit of the organization of work on the prevention and counteraction of corruption in the branches of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved the composition of the commission and the task plan of inspections;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 14.09.2020 No. 657 “On the formation of a working group and approval of its composition”. The order established a working group on organizing the work of internal channels of notification of possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 16.09.2020 № 666 “On checking compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chernihiv region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) and the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Sumy region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)”. The order established a commission to conduct an audit of the organization of work on the prevention and counteraction of corruption in the branches of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved the composition of the commission and the task plan of inspections;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 17.09.2020 No. 668 “On ensuring the direction and coordination of the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system in the regions of the state during the preparation and holding of local elections in 2020”. The order approved the distribution of the regions of the state between the deputies and advisers of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to fulfill the tasks of directing and coordinating the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the preparation and holding of local elections in 2020. The task plan was approved for the secondment of deputies and advisers of the Minister, as well as authorized officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus and the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system in order to fulfill these tasks.
