In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the performance of tasks by the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from January 11 to 14, 2021, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 11.01.2021 No. 3 “On approval of the List of Heads of Commissions for the Personal Distribution of Graduates of Higher Education Institutions with Specific Conditions of Study, Belonging to the Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the timing of commission meetings”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.01.2021 No. 7 “On approval and organization of implementation of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to ensure the implementation in Ukraine of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region for 2021-2023”. The order approves the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to ensure the implementation in Ukraine of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region for 2021-2023;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.01.2021 No. 9 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects”. The order established and approved the composition of the commission on the transfer of real estate in the city of Cherkasy from the sphere of management of the National Police of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.01.2021 No. 14 “On Amendments to the Structure and Composition of the National Guard of Ukraine”. The order approved in the new version paragraph 9 of subsection 20 of paragraph 2 of the Structure and composition of the National Guard of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.02.2018 No. 89;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 14.01.2021 No. 15 “On Amendments to the Composition of the Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Consideration of Materials on Recognition as Participants in Military Actions, Participants in War”. The order made amendments to the Composition of the Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the consideration of materials on recognition as participants of hostilities, participants of war, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.12.2015 No. 1600;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 14.01.2021 No. 16 “On the organization of distribution of persons studying under the educational and professional program “2 years cadet-1 year trainee”. The order approved the List of heads of commissions for the distribution of persons studying under the educational-professional program “2 years cadet-1 year trainee” in higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers, approved the timing of the meetings of the commissions. Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 19.05.2020 No. 400 — recognized as invalid.
