In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from October 08 to October 15, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 08.10.2020 No. 715 “On Amendments to Passports of Budget Programs for 2020”. By order, the passports of the budget programs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2020 under the Code of Criminal Procedure 1001200, 1006060 and 1006070 are approved in the new version;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.10.2020 No. 727 “Verification of compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Zhytomyr region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vinnytsia region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), region the service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the VKhmelnytsky region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)” and the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Ternopil region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs). The order established a commission to conduct an audit of the organization of work on the prevention and counteraction of corruption in the branches of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved the composition of the commission and the task plan of inspections;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.10.2020 No. 729 “On approval of the volumes of personnel training in the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 17, 2020 No. 540”. The order approves the scope of personnel training in the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine in the new version;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of October 13, 2020 No. 732 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of property”. The order established a commission on the transfer of real estate in the city. Izmail is in state ownership with the assignment of hisown sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.10.2020 No. 732 “On approval of amendments to the activity plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2020”. The Order of Planning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2020, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.12.2019 No. 1044 is supplemented by a new paragraph;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.10.2020 No. 734 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of military property”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of the Ministry of Defense to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.10.2020 No. 735 “On the formation of a working group and approval of its composition”. The order established a working group on the implementation of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the implementation of gender policy for the period up to 2021, the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.02.2018 No. 149 was recognized as invalid;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.10.2020 No. 736 “On the involvement of the personnel of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in ensuring public security and order during the next local elections in 2020”.
