In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of the implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the fulfillment of tasks. bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from 06 to 12 November 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.11.2020 No. 780 “On conducting a pilot project for the implementation and development of the system of emergency assistance to the population at the single telephone number 112”. The order is entrusted to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the period from November 05, 2020 to February 05, 2021 to conduct a pilot project for the implementation and development of the emergency assistance system to the population at the single telephone number 112;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.11.2020 No. 783 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of real military property”. The order provides for the formation of a commission on the transfer of real military property defined by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 09, 2020 No. 1108-r “On approval of the transfer of immovable military property of the village. Embankment of Bilyayevsky district of Odessa region to the sphere of administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.11.2020 No. 792 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of October 30, 2015 No. 1320 “On Approval of Heads of Liquidation Commissions of Territorial Bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sumy Oblast”. The order is approved by the Chairman of the Liquidation Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Sumy Oblast (Region) Deputy Head of the Main Department of the National Police of Ukraine in Sumy Region;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 11.11.2020 No. 796 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects”. The order provides for the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects defined by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 19, 2020 No. 1034-r “On approval of the transfer of real estate in the city. Vinnytsia is in state ownership with its assignment to the sphere of administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. It instructs the above-mentioned commission to organize the transfer of such property and acceptance on the balance sheet of the Vinnytsia Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 11.11.2020 No. 797 “On Amendments to the Composition of the Permanent Group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on Evaluation of Work on Ensuring the Rights of Persons with Disabilities”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 11.11.2020 No. 798 “On the transfer of the hostel to communal ownership”. The order is transferred free of charge to the communal property of the territorial community of the city. Sumy hostel, which was on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Sumy region and is located at the address on ul. Kondratiuka, 136/1 m. Sums.
