In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from September 04 to September 10, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.09.2020 No. 650 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state ownership”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of the State Administration of Affairs to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.09.2020 No. 651 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 07, 2020 No. 198”. The order approves the list of housing facilities of the State Emergency Service, the construction of which is planned to be financed in 2020 at the expense of the budget program 1006110 “Construction (acquisition) of housing for ordinary and senior staff of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine” in the new version;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.09.2020 № 652 “On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 01, 2020 No. 638”. The order cancels the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of Changes to Tariffs for Paid Services Provided by the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Poltava Region”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.09.2020 No. 653 “On the need for appointment to a vacant position of public service category “B” for the quarantine period”. The order announces the selection for the vacant position of public service category “B” - the chief specialist of the Personnel Department for the period of quarantine by concluding a contract for the passage of civil service;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.09.2020 No. 654 “On Amendments to the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Implementation of the Plan of Actions for 2019-2020 on the Implementation of the Strategy of State Policy on Drugs for the period up to 2020, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 06, 2019 No. 56-r”. The order made amendments to the specified Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in connection with organizational and staff changes in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
