In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from 04 to 10 December 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.12.2020 No. 839 “On approval of the composition of the commission”. The order approves the composition of the Ukrainian part of the Ukrainian-Italian Council for Economic, Industrial and Financial Cooperation;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.12.2020 No. 840 “On approval of the conclusion on the assessment of the results of the official activities of the management of territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2020". The order approves the conclusion on the evaluation of the results of the official activities of civil servants occupying positions of civil service category “B” - the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the first deputy and deputy head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 07.12.2020 № 844 “On the termination of the activity of the State Enterprise “ECORESOURCE”. The order terminates the activity of the State Enterprise “ECORESOURCE” by joining the state enterprise “Repair Construction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 07.12.2020 No. 845 “On approval of the act of acceptance - transfer of real estate”. The order approves the act of acceptance - transfer of real estate, which, under the right of operational management, is assigned to the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine.
