In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from October 01 to October 08, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated October 1, 2020 No. 699 “On determining the results of the performance of tasks by civil servants who occupy positions of service categories “B” and “B”, in 2020". The order approved the schedule for determining the results of the performance of tasks by civil servants of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.10.2020 No. 708 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 30, 2015 No. 1318 (with amendments)”. The order approved the deputy head of the GUNP inChernivtsi region police colonel Fedoryuk G. Y. Chairman of Liquidation Commissions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi Oblast and Novoselytsky District of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi Oblast;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.10.2020 No. 709 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 24, 2015 No. 1483”. The order approved the deputy head of the GUNP in the Volyn region - the chief of the investigative department of the police colonel of Klimovsky O. O. head of the liquidation commission of the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Volyn region;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.10.2020 № 710 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 30, 2015 № 1532 “On the liquidation of the Department of State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Center for Road Safety and Automated Systems at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Departments of the State Automobile Inspection of HUMVV Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions”. The order was approved by the head of the department of logistics and logistics of the GUNP in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Lieutenant Colonel of Police I. Kotlyar. V. Chairman of the Liquidation Commission of UDAI of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.10.2020 No. 711 “On measures to ensure the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the context of the threat of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirusSARS-CoV-2”. The order provides for the possibility of organizing remote work for employees of structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, bodies, institutions and institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the work of employees in a flexible mode and the priority of their stay in the workplace. Orders dated 17.03.2020 No. 269 and from 05.08.2020 No. 596 are recognized as having lapsed;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.10.2020 No. 713 “On the recognition of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 442 of June 05, 2019 as invalid;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.10.2020 No. 714 “On the application of external control over the exercise of powers by the director of SE “INFOTEH”.
