In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from November 19 to 26, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20.11.2020 No. 820 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 03, 2020 No. 431”. The order supplements the list of positions (professions) of medical and other workers, health care institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who are directly engaged in the work on the elimination of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 and for which additional payments to wages are established;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 23.11.2020 No. 8824 “On approval of the act of acceptance - transfer of a separate individually determined property”. The order approves the act of acceptance - transfer of property dated September 30, 2020 No. 109 and acceptance into the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the property specified in the act and its consolidation under the operational management of the National Guard of Ukraine;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.11.2020 No. 832 “On Amendments to the Regulation on the Methodological Council on Accounting in the Ministry of Internal Affairs”. The order provides for the addition to the Regulations on the Methodological Council on Accounting in the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a new paragraph of the following content: “The Chairman of the Methodological Council may decide to hold a meeting of the Methodological Council in the mode of videoconferences using the appropriate software, in particular via the Internet.
