In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from 13 to 19 November 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.11.2020 № 806 “On the announcement in 2020/2021 of the competition of scientific works of applicants of the first (bachelor) level of higher education of higher education institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order announces the above-mentioned Competition, which will be held in two rounds. The first round is from November 16, 2020 to January 25, 2021 at the Higher Education Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the ZVO CEV. The second round is from January 25 to May 25, 2021 on the basis of Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The personal composition of the Competition Committee is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.11.2020 No. 809 “On approval of the act of acceptance - transfer of separate individual property”. The order approves the act of acceptance - transfer of property dated October 21 No. 1 and acceptance of property from the National Police of Ukraine into the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.11.2020 No. 813 “On approval of the composition of the commission”. The order approves the composition of the Ukrainian part of the joint Ukrainian-French Commission for Economic Cooperation.
