On approval of the plan-schedule of implementation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of measures to track the effectiveness of regulatory acts for 2020

In accordance with Articles 10, 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” and in order to implement measures by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to monitor the effectiveness of regulatory acts

I ORDER:

1. Approve the plan-schedule of implementation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of measures to track the effectiveness of regulatory acts for 2020 (hereinafter — the attached PLAN-schedule).

2. The Licensing Authority (Kamyshanov V.) shall provide:

1) implementation of measures to track the effectiveness of regulatory acts within the deadlines established by the legislation and the Plan-Schedule;

2) submission to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine reports on tracking the effectiveness of regulatory acts based on the results of the work carried out;

3) publication of reports on tracking the effectiveness of regulatory acts on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the publication of the Plan Schedule on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

4. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine S. Goncharov.
