On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of PHYSICAL PERSONAL-ENTREPRENEUR BOYKA V. IS.

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AB series No. 540070 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; AB series No. 540071 — for special sale devices charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 30, 2010 № 346 TO THE NATURAL PERSONAL-ENTREPRENEUR BOYKU VITALIY YEVGENOVYCHU (place of residence: Kirov Street, house 11, building 4, apartment 28, Kharkiv city, 61001, registration number of the taxpayer's accounting card and other mandatory payments 2234222374).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
