About the place of conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “COMPANY OF WEAPONS” (Maidan of the Defenders of Ukraine, house 7/8, Kharkiv city, 61001, identification code 39050593), consider the store at the address: Gymnasiyna naberezhna, building 4, Kharkiv city, 61001, — the place of business activities with trading trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with substances lacrimation and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
