On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of KP “MYSLIVETS”

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

licenses for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 12.09.2013 № 873 TO THE COLLECTIVE ENTERPRISE “HUNTER” (identification code 21728674; location: Sverdlova Street, Building 31, Vinnytsia, 21018).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
