On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of business activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur BRAGIN ALEXEY SERGEYEVICH

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AB series No. 601460 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, series AB No. 601462 — for special sale devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 10, 2012 No. 126 to an individual — entrepreneur of BRAGIN ALEXEY SERGEEVYCHU (place of residence: Mira Avenue, house 65/1, apartment 17, Khmelnitsky city, 29000, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3184822653).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
