In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by an individual — entrepreneur HUMENYUK VALERY MIKHAILOVICH (place of residence: Stepana Bandery Street, house 14, apartment 35, Ivano-Frankivsk city, 76018, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2715612371), consider the store Address: Evgeny Konovalets Street, building 44, Ivano-Frankivsk city, is the place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4,5 millimeter and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
