On leaving an application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities without consideration

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “PEGAS SECURITY GROUP” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant).

Based on the results of consideration of the application, it was established that there was a reason for leaving it without consideration.

In violation of subclause 2 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960, the application of PEGAS SECURITY GROUP LLC did not provide a copy of the document confirming the absence of Igor Nikolaevich, director of Kalinchuk duties of a specialist in the organization of protective measures, restrictions on the state of health for the performance of functional duties, which is issued in the prescribed manner.

It is possible to eliminate the deficiency by providing the above copy of the document.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated November 17, 2021 No. 100399 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited company “PEGAS SECURITY GROUP” (location: Zulinskogo Serhiya Street, building 44, office, Vinnytsia city, 21022, identification code 44624770).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
