On the suspension of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities” and the statement of the head of the KP “MUNICIPAL GUARD” on the suspension of its own license

I ORDER:

1. To suspend the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of four months to the MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “MUNICIPAL GUARD” DRUZHKIVSK CITY COUNCIL (identification code 41808828; location: st. Industrialnaya, 14, m. Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, 84200), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 10, 2018 No. 293.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
