On the renewal of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the seventh part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the issuance of a license fee by the licensee

I ORDER:

1. To renew the license for the conduct of security activities to an INDIVIDUAL — ENTREPRENEUR SHULYAK VOLODYMYR MYKOLAIOVICH (place of residence: Kyivska Street, building 72, apartment 47, Zhytomyr city, 10030; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as of September 08, 2021, No. 665.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
