On Amendments to the Composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with Articles 14, 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Executive Bodies”, paragraph 17 of the Standard Provision on the Public Council under the Ministry, another central executive body, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in mm. Kyiv and Sevastopol State Administration, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 03, 2010 No. 996 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 353 of April 24, 2019), Regulation on the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine affairs of Ukraine dated January 16, 2020 № 38, minutes of the meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 26, 2021 № 11/2021 and for the purpose of proper organization of the work of the Public Council under the Ministry Internal Affairs of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Paragraph 9 of the Composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 03, 2019 No. 753 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 216 of March 02, 2020), shall be excluded.

In this regard, paragraphs 10 to 17 shall be regarded as paragraphs 9 to 16 respectively.

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) shall ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within three working days.

3. I reserve control over the execution of the order.
