On the abandonment of applications for obtaining licenses for the conduct of security activities without consideration

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with applications for obtaining licenses for conducting business activities was applied by the limited liability companies “RAPID RESPONSE UNIT “ALABAI”, “RAPID RESPONSE UNIT “SERVAL”, “OK “GEFEST PROTECTION” (hereinafter — license applicants).

In accordance with paragraph 1 of the third part of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, documents are attached to the application for obtaining a license in accordance with the license conditions.

However, in violation of the requirements of paragraph 6 of the seventh subparagraph of paragraph 2 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, the license applicants submitted copies of the employment contracts of persons who are entrusted with the functions of a specialist in the organization of security measures did not certify owned by the business entity, which is the reason for leaving them without consideration.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by submitting copies of employment contracts certified by the business entity to specialists in the organization of protection measures.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated 16.01.2021 № 17-2021 about obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “RAPID RESPONSE UNIT “ALABAI” (identification code 43774094; location: Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, building 77, Kyiv city, 04050);

application dated 16.01.2021 № 18-2021 for obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the COMPANY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY “RAPID RESPONSE UNIT “SERVAL” (identification code 43770849; location: Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, building 77, Kyiv city, 04050);

application dated 16.01.2021 № 19-2021 about obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of LLC “OK “GEFEST PROTECTION” (identification code 43662642; location: Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, building 77, Kyiv city, 04050).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
