| On the cancellation of the full validity of the license for the conduct of security activities |
In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the director of LLC “EXTREUM” about the cancellation of its own license in full
I ORDER:
1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 594697 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 29, 2011 No. 878 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “EXTREME” (location: Shevchenko street, house 16, Nikolaev, 54030; identification code 37912919).
2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
