In accordance with paragraph 1 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the head of the JCP “MUNICIPAL GUARD” on the suspension of the license in full
I ORDER:
1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 20, 2018 No. 221 YUZHNE MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “MUNICIPAL GUARD” (location: Hryhorivsky Desant Avenue, house 18, city Yuzhne Odessa region, 65481; identification code 41779965), for a period of six months.
2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
