On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of 24.01.2020 No. 24/3-92 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.05.2018 № 446 TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY SECURITY OF LAW AND ORDER” (identification code 42122128; location of the licensee: Bastionna street, 21, office 2, Kyiv, 0, city 1014).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
