On the complete cancellation of the license for the provision of property and citizen protection services

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of December 24, 2020 No. 24/3-985 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of the AG series No. 505115 for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 07, 2010 No. 603 SE “AGENCY FOR PROFESSIONAL SECURITY “SOKIL” (new name of the legal entity of SE “LEGION -SECURITY”, identification code 31507838, location: str. Sholudenka, 6, office 15, m. Vyshgorod, Kiev region, 07301).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
