On the cancellation of the license completely for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of December 22, 2020 No. 24/3-983 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel completely the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 04, 2015 No. 1355 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY AGENCY” (new name of the legal entity COMPANY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TRADING HOUSE “UKRAINIAN DREAM”, identification code 39892308: location of the licensee: Klovsky Uzviz, 7, m. Kyiv, 01021).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
