On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of December 21, 2020 No. 24/3-980 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 29, 2016 No. 222 LLC “SECURITY — HOLDING” (new name of the legal entity of LLC “STAF ALLIANCE 2020", identification code 40293728, location: Evropeska street, 27, city Vyshneve, Kievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08132).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
