On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of 21.11.2019 No. 24/3-1488 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities of the AE series No. 262857, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 24, 2013 No. 706 to the LLC “SB ZEVS” (identification code 37203587; location of the licensee: street V. Shymanovsky, house 2/1, Kyiv city, 02660).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
