About license cancellation in full

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of August 27, 2020 No. 24/3-726 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the provision of services related to the protection of state and other property, the provision of services for the protection of citizens, issued on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 28, 2010 No. 211 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY PROTECTION” (identification code 37045246; location licensee: ul. Yagidna, 28, m. Kyiv, 03083).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
