Order of 28.04.2020 №366 On the abolition of tenders for public service positions

THE ORDER

On the abolition of competitions for positions in the civil service of the Directorate of Civil Protection, prevention of emergency situations and elimination of their consequences. Occupational health and safety sector. Civil Protection Sector and Enterprise Sector

In accordance with Section II of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020”

I ORDER:

1. Cancel the competitions announced by the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the holding of which is stopped by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 25, 2020 No. 295:

1) from February 13, 2020 No. 141 for the appointment of the positions of specialists on reform issues, which are assigned to the positions of the civil service category “B”, the Director General of the Directorate, the Deputy Director General of the Directorate - the head of the expert group No. 1 and the head of the expert group No. 2 of the Directorate of Civil Protection, preventing the occurrence of emergency situations and eliminating their consequences;

2) from March 10, 2020, No. 230 for positions of public service category “B”, heads of the Labor Protection Sector, the Civil Protection Sector and the Sector for Work with Enterprises.

2. Department of ensuring the operation of the apparatus (Bondar N. V.) to post information about the cancellation of competitions through your personal account on the Unified State Service Vacancies Portal and notify candidates about the cancellation of competitions.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. V.) ensure the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the announcement of the cancellation of these competitions.

4. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Department of ensuring the activities of the apparatus (Bondar N. V.).
