On the complete cancellation of the license of the sole proprietorship STRELCHUK S. M.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of FOP STRELCHUK S. M. on the cancellation of its own license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, sale of special equipment charged with tear gas substances and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 12, 2019 № 770 TO AN INDIVIDUAL — ENTREPRENEUR STRELCHUK SVITLANI MYKOLAIVNA (place of residence: Belgorodsky lane, house 8, Khmelnitsky city, 29000; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2571003621).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
