In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow to PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “SAPSAN — SERVICE” (Lychakivska Street, building 3, Lviv city, 79008, identification code 04955055) conducting business activities for repairing non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense to the type of activity trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense Rones.
