About the complete cancellation of the license

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of Limited Liability Company “VITYAZ GROUP-UKRAINE” about the cancellation of its own license

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 04, 2015 No. 1355 to VITYAZ GROUP-UKRAINE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (location: Pokrovskaya street, house 23 A, Zaporizhia city, 69063; identification code 4004747 730).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
