On the suspension of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To suspend the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SPECIALIZED SECURITY ENTERPRISE “KHARKIV-2" (identification code 44348230; location: Slavyanska street, house 3, office 404, Kharkiv city, 61052), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as of July 07, 2021 No. 512.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
