On the suspension of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. Stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “KALINOVSKA VARTA” OF KALINOVSK VILLAGE COUNCIL (identification code 43673832; location: st. Tsentralnaya, 57, Kalinovka village, Vasylkivskyi district, Kyiv region, 08623), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 07, 2021 No. 512;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY AND SPECIAL PROTECTION” (identification code 44256352; location: str. Sichovykh Striltsiv, 68a, office 1024, m. Kyiv, 04053), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 07, 2021 No. 512;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “OUTPOST SECURITY” (identification code 44342698; location: st. Gonchara Olesya, 34, office 113, m. Kyiv, 01054), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 07, 2021 No. 512.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
