On the approval of the Typical training and thematic plans and programs of special training courses for drivers of vehicles transporting dangerous goods and authorized persons for the safety of transportation of dangerous goods by road

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Procedure for conducting special training of employees of dangerous goods transportation entities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 31, 2007 No. 1285,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the following attached:

1) Typical curriculum and programs of special training courses for drivers of vehicles transporting dangerous goods;

2) Typical curricular - thematic plan and programs of special training courses of authorized persons for the safety of transportation of dangerous goods by road.

2. The Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

3. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Minister in accordance with the distribution of functional duties.
