On the issuance of a license for the conduct of economic activities, the expansion
of the conduct of business activities

In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 2 of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is made by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of making a record of the decision to issue a license in the license register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The document confirming the payment of the fee for issuing a license is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) from the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to suspend the license in whole or in part.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION UNION “TIKHON” (identification code 41784315; location: Bogdan Khmelnytsky Street, house 27, Kharkiv city, 61001) a license for conducting business activities for repairing non-military firearms.

2. Expand the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ECOPROFPROEKT” (identification code 35477850; location: Bakulina street, building 11, office 4-48, Kharkiv city, 61166) the implementation of the type of economic activity for the production of active defense equipment with an additional part, namely the activities for the production and repair of non-firearms military purpose. Place of activity: Rudyka street, house 8, building 3, Kharkiv city.
