On the complete cessation of the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY AGENCY “RUBIZH” (identification code 37875521; location: Kurortnyy lane, house 4, urban-type settlement Mala Danylivka, Dergachivsky district, Kharkiv region, 62341), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 31.07.2020 № 579;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “COMPLEX SECURITY “VITYAZ” (identification code 43558875; location: Dykansky lane, house 9, Kyiv city, 02121), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 31.07.2020 № 579;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GLOT” (identification code 43702391; location: Hetman Mazepa Street, building 2, Lviv city, 79068, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.09.2020 № 647;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY AND SECURITY SERVICE” (identification code 43644213; location: Zamhlayske highway, house 2, urban village Zamglay, Ripkin district, Chernihiv region, 15005, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 03.09.2020 № 647;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY COMPANY “ALBATROS” (identification code 43695725; location: Petro Kalnyshevskogo Avenue, house 34, Dnipro city, 49000, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.09.2020 № 647.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
