On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of October 21, 2020 No. 24/3-955 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an audit by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 29, 2017 No. 448 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY COMPANY “PREMIUM PROTECTION” (identification code 40043322; location: st. Elena Teligi, 41, m. Kyiv, 04086).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
