On Amendments to the List of Information Constituting Official Information in the System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Standard Instruction on the procedure for keeping records, storage, use and destruction of documents and other material means of information containing official information, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2016 No. 736, and the implementation of the decision of the commission on working with official information in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine, approved by the protocol of 09.04.2021 № 1,

I ORDER:

1. To add to the List of information constituting official information in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 26, 2016 No. 1351 (as amended), the following changes: 1) add subparagraph 20.4 of paragraph 20 of section II with a new subparagraph in the following version:

“7) the list, structure, procedure for the development and execution of operational (combat) documents, as well as separate operational-tactical calculations (information) regarding the participation of the military management body, brigade, regiment, separate battalion, company (equivalent to them) of the National Guard of Ukraine in territorial defense, with the exception of information and information constituting a state secret.”

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Secretary of State O. Takhtai.
