On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of the directors of LLC “ALLIANCE TECH-GROUP”, LLC “KR1” and KP “MUNICIPAL GUARD” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 04, 2018 No. 466 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ALLIANCE TECH-GROUP” (location: Teplychna Street, house 27G, room 12,13, urban settlement Slobozhanske, Dniprovskyi district, Dniprovskyi district, Dniprovskyi district, Dniprovskyi district, Dnipro Propetrovsk region, 52005; identification code 41963278);

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 24, 2016 No. 1104 to LLC “KR1" (location: Poshtovyi Avenue, house 1, office 425, Kryvyi Rih city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 50000; identification code 40000 868949);

license for conducting security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 09, 2019 No. 261 to MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “MUNICIPAL GUARD” of TETIIV CITY COUNCIL (location: Yanush Ostrozhsky street, house 5, Tetiev city, Kyiv region, 09800; identification registration code 42739902).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
