On the complete cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of January 20, 2021 No. 24/2-6 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel licenses for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and tear substances of aggressive action, personal protection, active defense issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 09, 2011 No. 660 to an individual - entrepreneur AVDEEVA INNI VALENTYNIVNA, who lives at the address: Hrebinky Street, building 80-B, Poltava city, 36002, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2640310605.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
