On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, due to the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Information on the State Registration of Termination of Entrepreneurial Activities in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

AB series licenses No. 540130 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, AB series No. 540131 — for the sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 01, 2010 No. 477 to an individual — entrepreneur MARTSENYUK OLEKSANDR VIKTOROVYCH (place of residence: Pilotskaya street, house 74, apartment 103, city Khmelnitsky, 29000. registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2055814932);

a license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances of action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 14, 2016 No. 180 and from January 24, 2019 No. 44 to an individual — entrepreneur TAJI VASYSYROVYCH (place residence: Peremohy Avenue, building, 17, apartment 212, Kyiv city, 03055; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2898823677);

AB series licenses No. 601618 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, series AB No. 601619 — for the sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 11, 2012 No. 878 to an individual — entrepreneur LOGIN SERGEY VOLODYMYROVYCH ( place of residence: street Khmelnytsky highway, house 17, apartment 24, city of Kamianets-Podilsky, Khmelnytsky region, 32300, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2662419090).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
