On the issuance of a license for conducting business activities and the place of conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license to the LLC “SHOOK KR” (location: Mezzplanetnaya street, building 12, room 43, Kryvyi Rih city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 50053, identification code 42968151) license to carry out business activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber more than 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Details for the payment of the license fee: UC recipient in Pokrovsky district of Kryvyi Rogo/Pokrovsky district/22011800, recipient code 38031627, recipient's bank Treasury of Ukraine (EAP), account number UA588999980334109896070004022, classification code 22014022 1800.

2. According to the information submitted by the individual-entrepreneur ROSOL LYUBOMYR IVANOVICH (place of residence: Kulchitskaya street, house 24, Kalush city, Ivano-Frankivsk region, 77300, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2685819454), note the store at the address: street Rynkova, house 11, m. Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region, is a place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with substances lacrimation and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
