In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statements of the directors of “FERO MAX PROTECTION” LLC and the STATE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS on the cancellation of licenses in full

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

license for conducting business activities for the production of personal protective equipment, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 10, 2015 No. 248 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FERO MAX PROTECTION” (location: Hetman Sahaidachnoho Street, Building 57, Melitopol, Zaporizhia Oblast, 72310; identification code 38070179);

AB series license No. 601443 for the conduct of economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated January 31, 2012 No. 74 to the STATE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS (location: Lenin street, house 59, Shostka city, Sumy Area, 41100; identification code 14015318).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
