On the restoration of the full validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the seventh and eighth parts of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the issuance of a license fee by the licensee

I ORDER:

1. To fully resume the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities, suspended in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 19, 2020 № 396, TO THE NATURAL PERSON - ENTREPRENEUR OF KIRPI ANATOLIA MYKHAILOVYCH (place of residence: Stepova street, house 6, Ternopil city, 46027, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2527516577).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
