On the complete cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Acting Director of the SHOSTKIN STATE ENTERPRISE “ZIRKA” about the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of the AG series No. 578196 for the conduct of economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 24.11.2011 № 864 TO THE STATE ENTERPRISE SHOSTKIN STATE PLANT “ZIRKA” (Sadovyi bulvar street, house 36, city of Shoz Stka, Sumy region, 41100, identification code 14315351).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
