On the suspension of tenders for positions in the civil service of the Directorate of Civil Protection, the prevention of emergencies and the elimination of their consequences, the Occupational Safety Sector, the Civil Protection Sector and the Sector for Working with Enterprises

Pursuant to Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases”, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 11, 20120 No. 211 “On Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus in Ukraine” (with amendments) and from March 16, 2020 No. 230 “On Amendments to the Procedure for Conducting Tenders for Civil Service Positions” in order to preventing the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus on the territory of Ukraine, taking into account the decision of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situations of March 10, 2020

I ORDER:

1. Stop the competitions announced by the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine:

1) From February 13, 2020, No. 141 for the appointment of the positions of specialists on reform issues, which are assigned to the positions of civil service category “B” of the Director General of the Directorate, Deputy Director General of the Directorate — Head of Expert Group No. 1 and Head of Expert Group No. 2 of the Directorate of Civil Protection, prevention of emergencies and elimination of their consequences;

2) From March 10, 2020, No. 230 for the positions of public service category “B” heads of the Labor Protection Sector, the Civil Protection Sector and the Enterprise Sector.

2. Department for ensuring the operation of the apparatus (Bondar N. V.) to inform the candidates about the suspension of the competitions within the established deadlines.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. V.) ensure the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the announcement of the suspension of the competitions.

4. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Department of ensuring the activities of the apparatus (Bondar N. V.).
