About the complete cancellation of the license of the PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “SNYPER”

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “SNYPER” on the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 14, 2016 № 180 TO A PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “SNIPER” (location: Perekopskaya street, building 7, Kherson city, 73000; identification code 40139171).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
