On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelveArticle 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the Actave of 17.03.2020 № 24/3-272 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 29, 2015 No. 1306TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “BAKTO GROUP” (identification code 39793729; licensee location:blv. Druzhby Narodiv, 8-A, office 1, m. Kyiv, 01103).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
